These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Dover Labs (“Dover Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the marketing site at www.doverlabs.io and the FieldManager Pro application at turfy.doverlabs.io (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Dover Labs and FieldManager Pro
Dover Labs is a Cleveland, Ohio–based software company. FieldManager Pro is our workforce and maintenance management application for groundskeeping and facilities teams. It helps organizations track cost, schedule maintenance, assign crew, and record event history.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create or manage an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Administrators and managers are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter about crew members, including phone numbers, and for obtaining any consents required before adding a person to the system.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload, store, or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or any related systems.
- Add a phone number to FieldManager Pro, or opt a person in to SMS notifications, without that person’s prior express consent.
4. FieldManager Pro SMS Notification Program
Program name: FieldManager Pro SMS Notifications (operated by Dover Labs).
Program description: A work-related text messaging program that delivers daily task assignments and schedule summary links to crew members whose organization has opted them in through an authorized administrator or manager.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Crew members typically receive one message per work day when they have tasks assigned and an administrator or manager manually triggers the daily notification. No automated or recurring messages are sent without manager action.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Dover Labs does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier messaging fees may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Support / HELP: For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from the program, or contact us at doverlabscode@gmail.com.
Opt out / STOP: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from the program. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional messages. If you want to join again, ask your administrator or manager to opt you back in, or contact Dover Labs at doverlabscode@gmail.com.
4.1 How consent is obtained
- An authorized administrator or manager within your organization adds you to FieldManager Pro through the Crew Management interface and enters your phone number.
- A separate, unchecked-by-default SMS opt-in checkbox must be actively checked by the administrator or manager. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll anyone in SMS messaging.
- The administrator or manager confirms they have obtained your prior verbal or written consent before enabling SMS notifications.
- No phone numbers are collected from marketing forms, public websites, or third-party sources for this SMS program.
- SMS enrollment is never a condition of using FieldManager Pro or of employment.

4.2 Types of messages
- Daily task notifications — a summary of maintenance and project tasks assigned to you for the current day.
- Schedule summary links — a link to a secure web page showing your daily task details.
- Transactional replies — confirmations in response to HELP and STOP keywords.
Messages are strictly operational and work-related. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages through this program.
4.3 Supported carriers
The program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Phone numbers collected for the SMS program are used solely to send work-related task notifications and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by Dover Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you and your organization enter into FieldManager Pro. You grant Dover Labs a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services for you.
7. Fees
Some features of the Services may be offered for a fee. If fees apply to your account, they will be described at the time of signup or in a separate agreement. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of paid features.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dover Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that SMS messages will be delivered on time or at all.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dover Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total cumulative liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you have paid to Dover Labs for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes to the SMS program terms will be communicated to program participants through the Services or by SMS where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
