SMS summary. Phone numbers used for FieldManager Pro SMS task notifications are collected only when an authorized administrator or manager within your organization opts you in. Those numbers are used solely to send work-related task notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Organization data entered into FieldManager Pro is retained for the life of the organization’s account and then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, except where longer retention is required by law.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, JWT-based authentication, role-based access controls, encrypted storage at our database provider, and the principle of least privilege for internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
