SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern the FieldManager Pro SMS notification program (the “Program”) operated by Dover Labs (“Dover Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our broader Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Program: FieldManager Pro task notifications, operated by Dover Labs.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Crew members typically receive one message per work day when they have tasks assigned and an administrator or manager manually triggers the daily notification. No automated or recurring messages are sent without explicit manager action.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Dover Labs does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier messaging fees may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opt out / cancel: You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from the Program. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, ask your administrator or manager to re-enroll you, or contact Dover Labs at doverlabscode@gmail.com.

1. Program Description
Dover Labs operates FieldManager Pro, a workforce management application for groundskeeping and facilities teams. The Program is an SMS notification service that delivers daily task assignments and schedule summary links to crew members whose organization has opted them in through an authorized administrator or manager. Messages are strictly operational and work-related; no marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent through the Program.
2. How You Are Enrolled
- An authorized administrator or manager within your organization adds you to FieldManager Pro through the Crew Management interface and enters your phone number.
- A separate, unchecked-by-default SMS opt-in checkbox must be actively checked by the administrator or manager. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll anyone in the Program.
- The administrator or manager confirms they have obtained your prior verbal or written consent before enabling SMS notifications.
- SMS enrollment is never a condition of using FieldManager Pro or of employment.

3. Types of Messages
- Daily task notifications — a summary of maintenance and project tasks assigned to you for the current day, including a link to a secure web page showing your daily task details.
- Welcome / opt-in confirmation — a one-time message immediately after you are enrolled.
- Transactional replies — automated confirmations in response to HELP and STOP keywords.

There is no fixed schedule and no automated or recurring messages are sent without manager action.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Dover Labs does not charge for SMS messages sent through the Program, but standard carrier messaging fees may apply depending on your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about any charges that may apply to messages you send or receive.
6. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time through any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP — text STOP to any message you receive from the Program. We accept STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you send any of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Contact your manager — ask your organization’s administrator or manager to remove your phone number from FieldManager Pro.
- Contact Dover Labs — email doverlabscode@gmail.com with your phone number and a request to opt out.
7. Help and Support
For help with the Program, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact Dover Labs at doverlabscode@gmail.com. The auto-reply to HELP includes the program name, a description, message frequency, the rates disclosure, opt-out instructions, and our support email.
8. Supported Carriers
The Program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the authorized account holder for the wireless number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you consent to receive the messages described above at the number you provide.
10. Privacy
Phone numbers collected for the Program are used solely to send work-related task notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, opt-in data, or other personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Program or by other appropriate means. Your continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
