SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Program Description
Dover Labs operates FieldManager Pro, a workforce management application for groundskeeping and facilities teams. FieldManager Pro includes an SMS notification feature that sends daily task assignments and schedule summaries to crew members via text message.
How Users Opt In
Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained through an explicit, separate opt-in action:
- An authorized administrator or manager within an organization adds a crew member to FieldManager Pro through the Crew Management interface and enters the crew member's phone number.
- After entering a phone number, a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox appears with the following disclosure: "This crew member has agreed to receive SMS task notifications at the number above. SMS terms. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- The administrator or manager must actively check this box to opt the crew member in to SMS notifications. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll anyone in SMS messaging.
- The administrator or manager confirms they have obtained verbal or written consent from the crew member before checking the opt-in box.
- SMS consent can be revoked at any time by unchecking the opt-in box in the crew member's profile, or by the crew member replying STOP to any message.
Phone numbers are only added by authorized personnel (admins and managers) within the crew member's own organization. No phone numbers are collected from marketing forms, websites, or third-party sources. SMS enrollment is never a requirement for using FieldManager Pro or for employment.
Types of Messages
Users who have been opted in will receive the following types of text messages:
- Daily task notifications — a summary of maintenance tasks and project tasks assigned to the crew member for the current day.
- Schedule summary links — a link to a web page showing the crew member's daily task details.
Messages are strictly work-related and operational. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by organization usage. Typically, crew members receive one message per work day when they have tasks assigned. Messages are only sent when an administrator or manager manually triggers the daily notification. No automated or recurring messages are sent without explicit manager action.
How to Opt Out
Users can stop receiving SMS messages at any time through any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP — text STOP to the number the message was sent from. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Contact your manager — ask your organization's administrator or manager to remove your phone number from FieldManager Pro.
- Contact Dover Labs — email doverlabscode@gmail.com with your phone number and a request to opt out.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Dover Labs does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier messaging fees may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Privacy
Phone numbers collected through FieldManager Pro are used solely for sending work-related task notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized administrators and managers within the crew member's organization.

Supported Carriers
SMS notifications are supported on all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
